Shipping and Refund

Due to current Corona situation shipping time may take longer.

We do accept all currencies and major payment providers.

Shipping cost will be added to your order at the check out.

Shipping

We ship worldwide. The average shipping time takes up to 3-6 days (after order fulfillment). Depending on delivery destination shipping time may vary.

The shipping costs may vary from product to product or demographics.

 

Tracking

As soon as your order is complete, you will be sent a confirmation email. Followed by a tracking email when your order has been approved.

Please note that if you purchase more than one item additional shipping cost can be added to your total order. Orders with multiple items can be shipped separately to you because I work with different print companies, that print my art professionally. You will be informed about your order status as soon as all the required information has been confirmed.

 

Returns

The return policy lasts 14 days after receiving your order. In this time span you must contact me about the problem, otherwise I can't offer a refund or exchange. I only provide an exchange or refund in case of receiving a wrong or damaged product. Personalized goods like a commission drawing are exempt from being refunded.

For completing an exchange I require proof of purchase and its condition in form of pictures and description. Please do not ship the product anywhere, unless you are asked to by me explicitly. You will be responsible to pay your shipping costs if you send the item back in terms of refund/exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return will be deducted from your refund.
